Changes and cancellation

You may use your secure management link before the configured cutoff. After that cutoff, call the clinic. The clinic may reschedule or cancel when required for clinical, operational, safety, or availability reasons and will try to contact you.

Emergencies

This website and its messaging channels are not monitored as an emergency service. For urgent or severe symptoms, contact an appropriate emergency healthcare service or call the clinic directly.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the booking system, submit false or automated requests, attempt to access another person’s appointment, or interfere with the application. Abusive activity may be blocked and logged.
